Three burnt alive in two-vehicle collision on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway

A tragic road accident occurred on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. A pickup truck collided with a larger truck in the Raini police station area of ​​Alwar, Rajasthan, after which the pickup truck burst into flames. Three people were burned alive in the accident, while the driver sustained serious burns.

According to reports, the pickup truck was traveling from Delhi towards Jaipur. As the vehicle reached channel number 131.5 in the Raini police station area, it collided with a truck ahead. Immediately after the collision, sparks flew from the pickup truck, and it quickly became engulfed in flames.

Upon receiving information about the accident, the Raini police and a team from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) rushed to the spot. After considerable effort, the fire was brought under control, and the people trapped in the pickup truck were rescued. There were a total of four people in the pickup truck, three of whom had sustained severe burns.

All of them were taken to a hospital in Raini, where doctors declared three of them dead. The seriously injured driver was given first aid and then referred to a hospital in Jaipur.

The deceased have been identified as Mohit, a resident of Bahadurgarh, Haryana; Dipendra, a resident of Sagar, Madhya Pradesh; and Padam. The injured driver has been identified as Hanny, a resident of Jhajjar, Haryana. The bodies of the three deceased have been kept in the mortuary of the Raini hospital. The police have informed the families of the deceased about the accident.
