Digital Desk. Security agencies have taken strict action in the car bomb blast near the Red Fort in the national capital, Delhi. The Pulwama residence of the main accused, terrorist Dr. Umar Nabi, was completely demolished. According to officials, this action took place between Thursday and Friday midnight.
Twelve people were killed and several others injured in the car bomb blast near the Red Fort on Monday night. The Hyundai i20 car Umar was driving was loaded with a large quantity of explosive material.
Tendency to Extremism
Umar’s identity was confirmed after DNA samples collected from the scene matched samples taken from his mother. Umar Nabi was reportedly known within his circle as an educated and competent professional, but had become inclined towards extremism over the past two years.
