Uttar Pradesh: Hindu Raksha Dal’s Daksh Chaudhary and Akku Pandit arrested in a case of molestation of a girl, taken away by police in an auto rickshaw.

Uttar Pradesh: A video of a dispute over molestation during Holi celebrations in the Ankur Bihar police station area of Loni, Ghaziabad, on Wednesday went viral on social media. Police arrested Akku Pandit and Daksh Chaudhary of the Hindu Raksha Dal and sent them to jail, while the main accused, Harendra, who brandished a pistol, remains at large.
The incident occurred on March 4th at around 12 noon in Block B-5 near Kalava Vatika. According to eyewitnesses, some children and women were playing Holi in the colony. Some women became angry when the children threw colored balloons at them. Meanwhile, Harendra’s wife, who lives in the same flat, came to the children’s rescue, leading to an argument with the women.
Local residents immediately informed Police Control Room 112. It is alleged that Akku Pandit and Daksh Chaudhary also misbehaved with local residents and police officers.
Police detained Akku Pandit and Daksh Chaudhary and sent them to jail on charges of disturbing the peace. However, Harendra, who was wielding a pistol, managed to escape from the scene. Upon learning of this incident, Pinky Chaudhary, National President of the Hindu Raksha Dal, arrived at the Ankur Bihar police station with dozens of supporters around 9:30 pm on Wednesday night. She accused the three policemen who arrested Akku Pandit and Daksh Chaudhary of misbehavior and demanded action against them.
