On Thursday, two people working for the management and trust of a famous temple in Maihar city of Satna raped an 11-year-old girl several times and crossed the barbarity by putting a stick in her private part. The victim is undergoing treatment at the hospital.

A brutal incident of alleged rape of a 17-year-old girl has come to light in Satna district of Madhya Pradesh. This is the second incident of horrific crime against a minor girl in the district within four days. The crimes against women one after the other have raised serious questions on the law and order situation in the Shivraj government of the state.
According to the police, the incident took place on Friday when the victim was going to the toilet. The accused caught hold of her from behind at an isolated place and raped her. The victim narrated her ordeal to her parents, following which the girl’s family members lodged a complaint at the Ramnagar police station, the police officer said. He said that the accused was arrested on Saturday.
Quoting the victim’s complaint, Ramnagar police station in-charge Aditya Narayan Dhurve said that the accused has been identified as Vijay Saket (19). He said that the accused allegedly threatened to kill the girl and raped her. The police have registered a case against the arrested accused for rape, kidnapping and threatening the victim under provisions of the Indian Penal Code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, the official said.
Earlier, on Thursday, an 11-year-old girl was raped several times and brutalized by inserting a stick in her private part by two people working for the management and trust of a famous temple in Maihar town of Satna district. Two accused, Ravindra Kumar and Atul Bhadoliya, were arrested following the incident and their houses were demolished by the local administration on Saturday. The victim is undergoing treatment at Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital in Rewa.
