23-year-old Mayank Kaushik, resident of Hanumanthapuram Ganganagar, worked in a private clinic in Rishikesh. He had come out of the house for a walk after dinner on the night of 30 September. A shocking case has come to light in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, where a young man named Mayank is missing for more than two and a half months i.e. 70 days. Even after so much time has passed, no trace of that young man has been found. This young man is the only child of his parents.
The parents are crying and crying because their young son has been missing for so many days. The helpless parents say that they have appealed to Rishikesh Kotwali Police to DGP to search for their son, but their son has not been found yet. He said that if his only son did not return home soon, he would commit suicide.
This case is of 23-year-old Mayank Kaushik, resident of Hanumanthapuram Ganganagar, who used to work in a private clinic in Rishikesh. He returned from work on the night of 30 September and after having dinner, went out of the house for a walk. The family members told that Mayank had called them and told them that he would return soon after taking a walk, but that did not happen. Since then his phone is also off.
The father told that the police registered a case of son’s missing on October 1 and started investigation. But no clue has been found yet. The youth’s father Pankaj Kaushik and mother have warned of suicide if their son is not found. On the other hand, the police say that the search for the youth is going on. Mayank Kaushik’s mobile is being traced. Besides, CCTV footage is also being examined.
