After the accident, the local people informed the Satpuli police station. The police team which reached the spot conducted a rescue operation. With the help of SDRF, the injured were taken out of the ditch.

Another horrific road accident has happened in Uttarakhand. In the morning, a Tata Sumo lost control in Kulhad Band in Satpuli, Pauri Garhwal and fell into a 150 meter deep ditch. 10 people were seriously injured in the accident. All the injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital, where everyone is undergoing treatment.
It is being told that the Tata Sumo going from Timlisad to Kotdwar fell into the ditch near Kulhad Band at 6 am. After the accident, there was chaos on the spot. There was screaming all around. The people riding in the Sumo are residents of Kasani Bironkhal, who were going to Kotdwar. Meanwhile, the accident happened on the way.
After the accident, the local people informed the Satpuli police station. The police team reached the spot and conducted a rescue operation. With the help of SDRF, the injured were taken out of the ditch. Satpuli police station in-charge Deepak Tiwari said that the people injured in the accident are from the same village, who have been admitted to Hans Hospital Satpuli. The condition of all is said to be stable.
Earlier on Saturday, a horrific road accident took place near Rantoli on the Badrinath Highway in Rudraprayag. A tempo traveler went out of control and fell into the Alaknanda river. 14 people lost their lives in the accident and 12 people were seriously injured.
