Gangotri temple and its premises are being decorated with flowers in Uttarakhand. This preparation is being done for the start of Chardham Yatra, in which the doors of Gangotri and Yamunotri will open on 30 April. The doors of Kedarnath and Badrinath Dham will also open on 2 and 4 May respectively. The work of decorating the temples of Baba Kedar and Lord Badrivishal with flowers has also started.
