Due to chilli, one customer also got injured in the eye. Both have been referred to a higher center in critical condition. The victims have filed a complaint in the matter and demanded action.
According to the information, Munawwar, a resident of Mohalla Gujran, along with his friend Arif, went to Irfan’s hotel on Kairana Road late Saturday night to eat. Both ordered food there. It is alleged that the food came after a long time and the staff did not serve salad. When both of them demanded salad, the hotel staff ignored them.
The hotel operator poured oil
Both of them complained about this to the hotel operator Irfan. It is alleged that Irfan started misbehaving with the youths. When the matter escalated, Irfan and the hotel staff poured boiling oil kept nearby on the two youths. Meanwhile, a hotel employee poured a packet of salt and chilli powder on them. After the incident, the victims were admitted to the city’s community health center, where, seeing their critical condition, they were referred to the district hospital.
Family members registered a case
The victims’ family members have filed a complaint against the hotel operator Irfan, Shahrukh, Sahil and the employees working there and demanded action. The police is investigating the matter. Police station in-charge inspector Kshitij Kumar says that we have received a complaint in the matter. Its investigation is going on. Action will be taken against the accused.
