According to the victim Sachin, on Saturday night he was returning home after having dinner from a dhaba located on the eastern bypass. As soon as Adarsh reached the crossroads, he needed water. Sachin asked two policemen posted on picket duty for water in a bottle from a nearby handpump. The policemen were so enraged by this that they caught hold of him and started beating him.
The merciless police personnel did not stop here, they took the victim Sachin to the police station in the night. In Kotwali, other police personnel seeing the disabled asked him to leave. Then somewhere the police personnel let Sachin go from the police station.
