Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) said that Shahpur police station in-charge Deepak Chaudhary and Harsoli police outpost in-charge Gajendra Singh have been suspended on the charge of embezzling the donation amount of the Shiva temple of Harsoli village. He said that two police constables Umesh Kumar and Nitik have already been suspended in this case.
According to the complaint lodged with the police by the temple priest Mahant Swami Sukhpal, these policemen have usurped the donation amount of the temple by pressurizing the temple management. Chaudhary said that the allegations were found to be true in the investigation, after which action has been taken to suspend the station and outpost in-charge.
