The sender of the email has demanded Rs 500 crore and the release of jailed Don Lawrence Bishnoi. NIA has shared the information with PM Security and police of other states.

Mumbai Police alerted after threatening email
According to the information, the National Investigation Agency has alerted Mumbai Police about the threatening email. Apart from Gujarat Police, this information has been shared with all the agencies related to the security of PM. After receiving the mail, Mumbai Police has also increased security. Actually, the city’s Wankhede Stadium is ready to host five World Cup cricket matches.
The person who threatened wrote, ‘We want Rs 500 crore more Lawrence Bishnoi from your government, otherwise tomorrow we will blow up Narendra Modi Stadium along with Narendra Modi. Lawrence Bishnoi is in jail since 2014. He has been continuously operating his gang from inside the jail. Many cases are registered against him in Punjab including the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. Earlier, he had threatened to release Bollywood actor Salman Khan from jail and claimed that his community was angry with Salman over the incident of blackbuck killing.
