Six killed, more than 20 injured as two buses collide in Maharashtra’s Buldhana district

A horrific road accident has taken place in Buldhana, Maharashtra. Six people have died and 21 have been injured in the collision of two passenger buses. The accident took place near Malkapur on the Nagpur-Mumbai highway at around 3 am on Saturday. After the accident, there was hue and cry on the highway. Locals rushed to help. After getting the information about the accident, the police-administration team also reached the spot and started the rescue operation.

Many passengers have suffered serious injuries in the fierce collision between the two buses. The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital. The seriously injured passengers were referred to the Higher Center. Both the buses are being told of private travel company.

One of the buses that met with the accident was going from Amarnath to Hingoli. Whereas, the other bus was going from Nagpur towards Nashik. The driver of the bus going from Nagpur to Nashik tried to overtake and both the buses collided.
