Six people were killed and 15 injured when two trucks and a private bus collided in Andhra Pradesh’s Nellore district in the early hours of Saturday. Police gave this information. The accident occurred near Kavali-Musunuru toll plaza when a truck and a bus collided head-on.
According to the police, one truck hit another parked truck from behind and the other truck collided with a bus coming from the opposite direction on the other side of the road.
The front part of the bus was badly damaged in the collision. Police reached the spot and started rescue operations. The injured have been admitted to nearby hospitals and the condition of some of them is said to be critical.

Governor S Abdul Nazeer has expressed grief and deep sorrow over the accident. He expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.
