Now on this issue, BJP has launched a big attack on Sanjay Raut and Shiv Sena Uddhav faction. Responding to Sanjay Raut’s statement, Bharatiya Janata Party has said that the people of the country will give a befitting reply to such attacks on the Prime Minister.

What did Sanjay Raut say?

Sanjay Raut gave this controversial statement during a rally in Buldhana in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra on Wednesday. Raut has said that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of the Maratha Empire, was born in Maharashtra while Aurangzeb was born in present-day Gujarat. Raut further said that there is a place called Dahod in Gujarat where Modi was born. Aurangzeb was also born there. Raut further said that this is the reason why this Aurangzebi trend is moving from Gujarat and Delhi towards Maharashtra. This is growing against Shiv Sena and our self-respect.

BJP got angry

In the matter of comparing PM Modi with Aurangzeb, BJP has made a big attack on both Sanjay Raut and Shiv Sena Uddhav faction. On the entire issue, BJP spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sudhanshu Trivedi said that Uddhav’s Shiv Sena stood with those who glorified Aurangzeb. The public will respond to all such statements appropriately.

When will elections be held in Maharashtra?

Announcing the dates of Lok Sabha elections, the Election Commission said that elections will be held in Maharashtra in the first, second, third, fourth and fifth phases. In this, in the first phase on 19th April on 5 seats, in the second phase on 26th April on 8 seats, in the third phase on 7th May on 11 seats, in the fourth phase on 13th May on 11 seats and in the fifth phase on 20th May on 13 seats. There will be elections.
