Clouds loom over many areas of Uttarkashi

At the same time, power supply is stalled in Ghansali-Balganga valley. Electricity poles have been washed away at many places.
Heavy rains occurred in Karnaprayag on Friday night, due to which the Pindar river is in spate. Panty town of Narayanbagh is filled with debris. Karnaprayag-Gwaldam-Almora National Highway is closed at Panty of Narayanbagh. BRO is busy in opening the road. Pindar is in spate in Karnaprayag.
