New revelations are being made one after the other in the Porsche car accident case of Maharashtra. The Agarwal family, the father of the minor boy accused in the accident, is a real estate businessman and is in the news these days.
A new revelation related to the family has come to light which has shocked everyone. Actually, the minor’s grandfather had taken the help of Don Chhota Rajan in a property dispute with his brother a few years ago. The case has taken a new shape after the connection with the underworld was revealed.
Media reports have revealed that Don Chhota Rajan was offered to kill the then councilor Ajay Bhosale to resolve the dispute between the brothers and sisters. Surendra Kumar Agarwal, grandfather of minor accused Vedant Agarwal, had taken the help of underworld don Chhota Rajan in a property dispute with his brother. Rajan’s henchman also opened fire. An FIR has also been registered in this case regarding attempt to murder. First the police investigated the case and then the case was handed over to CBI. Currently this case is pending in the court.
In the application filed by CBI, it has been claimed that Surendra Kumar Aggarwal had offered Don Chhota Rajan to kill the then councilor Ajay Bhosale.
According to the information, on November 11, 2009, the then corporator Ajay Bhosle was going for election campaign at 10:30 am when bullets were fired at his car in Koregaon Park. His driver Shakeel Sayyad was injured.
The case was handed over to CID as Pune Police was not able to solve the case. In December 2010, CID revealed the names of both the shooters. However, they did not understand who was the mastermind behind it. Therefore, the court handed over the investigation of this crime to the CBI.
A dispute came to light between construction businessman Ram Kumar Agarwal and SK Agarwal over family property. Chhota Rajan had asked Ajay Bhosle to intervene in this. However, Bhosale refused to mediate as it was Agarwal’s family matter.
Citing ‘Ram Kumar Aggarwal and Ajay Bhosle always stay together’, the investigation conducted by CBI has also claimed that SK Aggarwal had offered Chhota Rajan to kill Ajay Bhosle.
Kalyani Nagar accident
Let us tell you that after the accident that took place in Kalyani Nagar, Pune on Sunday, May 19, 2024, minor accused Vedant Aggarwal, in an intoxicated state, had hit two people with a speeding Porsche car. Both the people riding the scooter died in this accident. During this, the local people surrounded the car and beat up the accused. After which when the matter came to light, the father of the accused was arrested because the minor was released by the court.
