Bihar’s YouTuber Manish Kashyap has been released after getting conditional bail from Patna High Court. Let us tell you that Manish was kept in Beur jail of Bihar. Manish has been released from jail after 9 months. Manish was initially to be taken to Tamil Nadu, but after the decision of Patna Civil Court, he was kept in Bihar only.
Manish Kashyap targeted the Bihar government as soon as he came out of Beur jail in Patna. While talking to Aaj Tak, Manish said that Kansa’s government is running in Bihar. Seeing the huge crowd in front of his car, Manish said that everyone gets security here, but please clear the road for us. Manish told the people walking ahead of him to let him move forward, otherwise these people will file a case against him again.
In fact, on March 12, 2023, a video was uploaded of a handcuffed man traveling in a train, in this case an FIR was lodged against Manish. Manish was accused of inciting public sentiments. For this the video was tampered. The police had taken action under several sections of the IPC and IT Act. In this case, Patna High Court granted conditional regular bail to Manish Kashyap.
