The process of suicide of competitive students is not stopping in Kota, Rajasthan, which is known as the coaching hub of the country. In the latest incident, a NEET candidate from Uttar Pradesh committed suicide by hanging himself from the fan in his room in Kota. At present the cause of death is not clear, but study pressure is believed to be the reason.
The name of the student is Uruj (20) who was a resident of Samdhan village in Kannauj district of Uttar Pradesh. He was living in Kota for the last one year. He was staying here and preparing for NEET. On Tuesday morning, his family members called him several times, but he did not respond. After this his family members told about this to one of his friends living in Jawahar Nagar.
His friend reached his house and told the landlord that his friend was not answering his parents’ calls. Then the guards reached the room where he lived, but he did not respond even when the guards knocked on the door, after which the police was informed about the entire incident. When the police reached the spot, Uruj’s body was found hanging from the fan.
