चंद्रयान-3 को डिजाइन करने के दावेदार मितुल त्रिवेदी गायब, घर पर लटका ताला, फोन भी बंद

Surat resident Mitul Trivedi, who claims to have associated himself with ISRO and played a key role in the design of Chandrayaan-3 after Chandrayaan-3 successfully landed on the moon four days ago on August 23, is now missing. Trivedi’s residence is reportedly locked and his phone is also switched off, raising doubts about his claims.

Trivedi, who talked about designing Chandrayaan 3, is now seen evading the investigating officers. The investigation into the claims of Mitul Trivedi, who grabbed the headlines, has now been handed over to the Crime Branch of the Surat Police. Officials have indicated that although Trivedi’s claims are harmless, they do highlight his tendency to make exaggerated statements.

Earlier, the investigation into Trivedi’s statements was handed over to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Hetal Patel. Mitul Trivedi had been unable to provide any documents proving his alleged association with the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), despite reaching the city police commissioner’s office.

Mitul Trivedi had attracted attention by claiming his involvement after the successful Chandrayaan-3 mission. They insisted that their design of the lander included a unique feature preventing the dispersal of dust upon landing, unlike conventional landers. He also said that he has been associated with ISRO since 2011 and NASA since 2013. He even claimed a role in NASA’s 2024 lunar manned mission and ISRO’s Aditya L1 and Gaganyaan mission design projects.

Mitul Trivedi rose to fame when an audio clip of him talking to his teacher Arjun Patel went viral. Earlier Trivedi had claimed to have a golden city named Dwarka in the sea near Olpad in South Gujarat. Trivedi’s reported academic achievements include a BSc and MSc in Physics and studies in Quantum Physics at the University of Cambridge and Anthropology and Vedanta at the University of Oxford for a PhD. He also claims membership of the Archaeological Survey of India and the ability to read 45 ancient languages.
