A fire has broken out in a tent warehouse near the Parade Ground located in the Mahakumbh area of Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh. High flames are rising. Fire brigade vehicles are trying to control the fire.
According to news agency ANI, a fire broke out in the warehouse of a tent house located in Parade Ground on Saturday morning. The fire spread rapidly. Seeing the horrific form of the fire, there was a stir in the area. High flames and clouds of smoke were seen in the sky.
At present, the cause of the fire has not been ascertained yet. There is no news of loss of life in the fire incident so far. However, people present near the spot believe that the sound of cylinder explosion was heard.
Chief Fire Officer of Prayagraj Rajiv Kumar Pandey said that six water vehicles have been deployed to control the fire. Water vehicles are also reaching the spot from other places. He told that wood and tent material were kept in the warehouse.
