A fire broke out in an illegal gas warehouse in Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday night and the gas tanks kept there exploded. Due to this, many houses have been damaged and some people have also been injured.
According to the information received, an illegal gas warehouse was built in ward number 11 of Ghaspura area in which more than a hundred gas cylinders were kept, where suddenly a fire broke out.
After the fire, more than 30 tanks exploded one by one, due to which panic spread in the entire area. Many houses also caught fire. The explosions in the gas tanks and the accompanying plume of fire were seen far away.
The fire could be controlled late in the night and the place where these cylinders were kept was demolished with the help of JCB.
It has been told that due to this fire and explosions in gas cylinders, the houses around the warehouse have been evacuated. Many people have been injured due to this fire and explosions, the condition of two of them is critical and they have been admitted to the hospital.
