West Bengal: A fire broke out at Park Centre at the intersection of Park Street and Camac Street Junction near Allen Park on Tuesday morning. According to the Calcutta police, the fire broke out at the rooftop cafe located in the building around 10.35 am. No casualties have been reported so far. Seven fire engines are working to douse the fire. The Disaster Management Team is trying to find out whether people are trapped inside the building or not. Traffic movement is being monitored.

At present, there is no report of any casualty at the spot. Fire department officials say that it is very difficult to enter inside due to black smoke. Apart from this, Park Street is one of the busiest streets in Kolkata and there are many offices around it, so there is a crowded situation all around. At present, the fire brigade team is trying to extinguish the fire by evacuating people.
