A major accident occurred in Mumbai due to the sudden storm. A big hoarding fell on a petrol pump in Ghatkopar area of Mumbai. In this accident, 3 people died and 59 people were injured.

The storm and heavy rain that hit Mumbai on Monday disrupted life. Due to strong winds, a major accident took place in Ghatkopar, Mumbai in the evening. Dozens of people were trapped when a giant billboard fell on a petrol pump.
More than 59 people have been injured in this accident. While 8 people have also died. The pump has been completely destroyed due to the fall of the billboard. On the other hand, after this incident, Deputy Chief Minister of the state Devendra Fadnavis said that the state government has ordered an investigation.
On receiving information about the accident, police and NDRF teams reached the spot and engaged in rescue. The injured were taken out and taken to the hospital. Survivors are being searched under the debris. Due to the metal frame of the billboard, the roofs of many parked vehicles along with the petrol pump station also broke.
