He is known for his roles in films like “Jodha Akbar” and “Chennai Express.” In 2006, Pankaj Dheer, along with his brother Satluj Dheer, founded “Visage Studios,” a modern shooting studio in Mumbai’s Jogeshwari area, which has become a popular location for film and TV production.

In 2010, he opened an acting academy in Mumbai, where renowned actor Gufi Paintal was appointed as its head, to train newcomers. In the industry, he not only acted but also dabbled in production and mentoring.
