A shocking case has come to light from Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Here a woman hanged her two children and hanged herself. On the other hand, when the woman’s husband saw the pieces of her liver hanging, she herself attempted suicide.
However, the people present on the spot have saved him. The incident is of Martin Purva area late on Friday night. On getting the information, the police reached the spot and broke the door and took all the three bodies in their possession.
The police have started investigating the matter by sending the dead bodies for postmortem. According to the police, Ravi Kumar, originally from Bihar, lived here with his wife Soumya and two children in a rented house in Martin Purva. He works here in the Gymkhana Club. He went to work on Friday. Here, something happened that his wife Soumya hanged her one-and-a-half-year-old and three-year-old children and herself also hanged herself on the third noose.
When there was no movement from his room for a long time, the neighbors got suspicious and when they peeped, they were shocked. It was the neighbors who informed Ravi and the police about the matter. After this, Ravi reached the spot and saw that the door was locked from inside and his wife and children were hanging in the room. Seeing this, he lost consciousness and attempted suicide himself. However, he was saved by the neighbors. Meanwhile, the police reached the spot.
The police broke the door and took all the three bodies in their possession. Police said that the bodies have been sent for postmortem. After seeing the post mortem report, further action will be taken in the matter. At present, husband Ravi and other neighbors are being questioned in this incident. According to the police, this incident is being viewed from the angle of murder as well as suicide.
Since no suicide note has been found on the spot, the matter seems to be getting complicated. On the other hand, the neighbors told that Ravi’s salary was low and he was also a bit stingy. Because of this, there used to be estrangement and quarrels between the couple. Neighbors expressed apprehension that Ravi’s stinginess could also be the reason for this triple suicide case. Neighbors have also given a statement in this regard to the police.
