मेसी के कार्यक्रम में बवाल, भड़का फैंस का गुस्सा, स्टेडियम में फेंकी बोतलें, कुर्सियां तोड़ी, ममता ने मांगी माफी, होगी जांच

Lionel Messi’s brief visit to Kolkata on Saturday morning at the Salt Lake Stadium descended into chaos when angry fans, frustrated at not getting a glimpse of the world’s most popular footballer, breached security and stormed the field.

The resulting pandemonium forced Messi to leave the stadium after just 22 minutes.

What should have been a memorable day for football fans in the ‘City of Joy’ turned into a nightmare. The disorder inside the stadium overshadowed Messi’s presence, creating more chaos than celebration.

The situation spiraled out of control as soon as Messi entered the field. The event was abruptly halted due to the chaos, preventing Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly, and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee from meeting the legendary footballer.

The situation became so dire that the organizers of the ‘GOAT Tour,’ including Shatadru Dutta, and security personnel had to escort Messi safely out of the stadium.

Fans who had paid between Rs 4,500 and Rs 10,000 for tickets to see the Argentinian star threw bottles and broke seats in frustration. Police struggled to bring the situation under control.

An angry fan named Ajay Shah said, “A glass of cold drink costs Rs 150-200 here, yet we didn’t even get a glimpse of Messi. People have spent their entire month’s salary to see him. I paid Rs 5,000 for the ticket and came with my son to see Messi, not the politicians. The police and military personnel were busy taking selfies, and the management is responsible for this. There wasn’t even drinking water available.”
