A youth died in a road accident in Surajpur police station area of Greater Noida. In this case, the police registered a case against the car owner, but it is being told that the car was taken away on demand by a sub-inspector’s son.
The car owner says that instead of registering a case against the Inspector’s son, the police have registered an FIR against him. While registering a case in Surajpur Kotwali, the police has written that Deepak Kumar has given a complaint in the police station. According to the complaint, Deepak Kumar’s brother Jitendra Kumar had gone in front of the ITBP camp on January 26 riding his Splendor bike. Jitendra Kumar was also accompanied by Nishant Kumar and Upendra.
When he went to collect peanuts in front of the ITBP camp, a Brezza car came there. According to the FIR, the car driver hit his brother while driving negligently. In this incident, his brother and two other people were seriously injured, who were taken to Sharda Hospital in Greater Noida for treatment, but the doctors there declared his brother Jitendra Kumar brought dead.
It is written in the FIR that the Brezza car was being driven by Prem Fauji, son of Bhola, originally a resident of Lakhnawali village. Apart from this, Nitin Sharma and an unknown person were sitting in the car.
It has also been mentioned in the FIR that Bhola and his associates threatened the victim’s family.
In this road accident, it is being told that the Brezza car was taken away on demand by the son of a sub-inspector. Inspector’s son crushed three people while driving his car carelessly. In which one died. In this case, Bhola’s family and senior police officers appealed for justice.
In this case, Surajpur police station in-charge Pushpraj says that a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint. This matter is currently being investigated. If the name of the Inspector’s son is included in the investigation, then legal action will be taken against him also.
