Four people were killed in a shootout between two groups in Punjab’s Gurdaspur district due to an old rivalry. Police gave this information on Monday. Police said the incident took place in Vithwan village of Batala on Sunday night. There were a total of 13 people in both the groups.
He said that two people each from both the groups died in the firing. Police said that eight people were injured in the incident and have been admitted to the hospital. The police have registered an FIR and are investigating.
