There has been a major breach in the security of Hindon Air Force Base in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, adjacent to Delhi. Unknown people have dug a 4 feet deep tunnel near the boundary wall of the airbase. People informed the police about this, after which the place was sealed and a report has been lodged by the Air Force at Tila Mod police station.
After the case was registered, the police started searching for the accused through CCTV footage. Other investigating agencies are also investigating this. Assistant Police Commissioner Siddharth Gautam said that a pit was dug near the wall of Hindon Air Force Station behind Iqbal Colony of Tila Mod police station area of Sahibabad. On receiving the information, a crowd of local people gathered. A complaint was made by uploading videos and photos on social media platforms and tagging the police and air force.
