The trailer of ‘First Act’ gives a glimpse of the life of child actors

The trailer of the upcoming streaming docu-series ‘First Act’ showcases the struggles of young talents and the experiences of their parents. It tells the story of talent rising in the entertainment industry. The trailer features several prominent faces from the entertainment industry who have worked as child actors and made a name for themselves. The six-part series is based on six prominent child actors. Which reflects his life in both personal and professional settings.
His experiences are combined with the insights of experienced actors who made their debut in the industry as child actors like Sarika Jugal Hansraj and elder child actors like Darsheel Safary and Parzaan Dastur. Filmmakers Shoojit Sircar and Amol Gupte, who have worked closely with child actors as well as casting directors like Mukesh Chhabra, Honey Trehan and Tess Joseph, also share how the industry works with child actors.
The music and background score for the documentary is composed by Amaal Malik. The series is produced, written and directed by Deepa Bhatia. Amol Gupte serves as the creative producer on the series produced under the banner of Malkan Motion Pictures. The documentary series will premiere on December 15 on Prime Video.
