A fire broke out in a clothing factory in Kolkata’s ‘New Town’ area on Saturday morning. Officials gave this information. They said that the flames were seen at around 8 in the morning on the fourth floor of the five-storey building where there are other commercial units also.
Officials said there was no report of any casualty in the incident. Four fire tenders were pressed into service to control the fire. A fire department official said, ‘We are trying to extinguish the flames from the adjacent buildings. Trying to.
