‘मेरी हत्या की साजिश रची…’, मनोज जरांगे का फडणवीस पर गंभीर आरोप
Manoj Jarange Patil, who is leading the movement for reservation for the Maratha community in Maharashtra, made a big allegation on Sunday, saying that BJP leader and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is trying to kill him. Jarange said he would march to Mumbai and protest outside Fadnavis’ residence.
Jarange made the announcement at the end of his over an hour-long speech at Antarwali Sarati in Jalna district. He also made many more allegations against Fadnavis. Jarange said, “Some people are being lured and put under pressure to make false allegations against me. Fadnavis is behind these conspiracies. I am ready to march to Sagar Bungalow (Fadnavis’s official residence in Malabar Hill, Mumbai) right now.”
His announcement created chaos at the meeting venue, where a large number of supporters of the leader of the Maratha reservation movement had gathered. Some of them even tried to snatch the microphone. Jarange said that he will march alone in Mumbai and all he needs is support from all the people.
Meanwhile, BJP MLA Nitish Rane hit back and warned Jarange that he would have to cross a huge wall of party workers to reach Fadnavis. He claimed that Jarange is currently reading a ‘script’. “He should enter politics, but he should not stoop to this low level to level allegations against Fadnavis,” Rane said.
BJP MLA Atul Bhatkhalkar said that the ‘real face’ of Jarange is now in front of everyone. Bhatkhalkar said, “The Maharashtra government has given 10 percent reservation to the Maratha community (through a bill passed in the legislature on February 20). Why is he continuing to protest? Fadnavis was the Chief Minister for five years and everyone knows him. Zarange’s allegations are not going to tarnish his image.”
