ED ने TMC नेता महुआ मोइत्रा को भेजा समन, 28 मार्च को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया
TMC leader Mahua Moitra’s troubles are not ending. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has again summoned Mahua in the case of violation of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). The Central Investigation Agency has called Mahua for questioning on March 28. ANI has given this information quoting sources.
Along with TMC leader, ED has also summoned businessman Darshan Hiranandani for questioning on March 28. Even before this, ED has sent summons to Moitra twice under FEMA. Earlier in the beginning of the month, ED had summoned Mahua and called him for questioning on March 11.
Earlier, the Central Investigation Agency had issued summons to Mahua in February. Let us tell you that BJP MP Nishikant Dubey had accused Moitra that she targets PM Modi and Adani Group by taking gifts and money. The Godda MP had alleged that for this he was given money by businessman Darshan Hiranandani. Not only this, Nishikant Dubey had also accused Mahua Moitra of putting national security at risk for monetary gain. The MP alleged that Mahua Moitra gave her Lok Sabha website login and ID password to Darshan Hiranandani. They started using it for their own benefit. This is playing with India’s national security.
However, Moitra has claimed that she is being targeted because she had raised questions on the deals of Adani Group. Mahua Moitra’s Parliament membership was also canceled in this case. Nishikant Dubey had demanded an investigation from Speaker Om Birla in this matter. The Ethics Committee had accepted these allegations as true and recommended cancellation of Parliament membership.
