पाकिस्तानी ISI एजेंट गद्दार अजय, मनदीप, दलविंदर और रोहन गिरफ्तार, दिल्ली में पकड़ा गया PAK से भेजे गए हथियारों का जखीरा
The Delhi Police Crime Branch has busted a major international arms smuggling ring linked to Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). This network supplied high-end foreign pistols to India via Pakistan, Turkey, and China.
Police have arrested four key members of the gang and recovered 10 expensive foreign pistols and 92 live cartridges. These weapons were being supplied to criminals and gangsters in several states across North India, including Delhi.
According to the police, this consignment of weapons was brought to India via Punjab and was destined for the Laresh Bishnoi, Bambiha, Gogi, and Himanshu Bhau gangs. The recovered weapons include high-tech weapons manufactured in Turkey and China.
The gang was operating at the behest of the ISI.
Investigations have revealed that the weapons were initially sent to Pakistan, from where they were smuggled into India. This entire operation was being conducted under the supervision of individuals linked to the ISI, with the aim of strengthening the criminal network and increasing instability in India.
Which gangs received the weapons?
The Crime Branch is now investigating how many weapons this gang has already sold in India and which gangsters received these pistols. To this end, the police are investigating mobile data, banking transactions, social media, and call records to search for other members.
According to Special CP Devesh Srivastava, the seized items include a Turkish-made PX-5.7 pistol, commonly used by the Special Forces. Evidence of smuggling of Chinese-made PX-3 pistols has also been found, indicating the network’s multi-layered global links.
A Major Blow to the Smuggling Racket
Joint CP Surendra Kumar stated that these arrests will help uncover the depth of this network’s entire operation. This action will also provide important clues in identifying the potential groups to whom these weapons were ultimately intended.
Officials believe that this successful operation is a major blow to foreign networks trying to create instability in India and causes serious damage to the supply chain of high-end weapons coming from across the borders.
