Heart-wrenching case in Nagpur, rape of mother and daughter, the murderer, who was serving a life sentence, was released from jail on parole and committed the crime.

Nagpur. A criminal serving sentence in a murder case raped a woman and her minor daughter by threatening them. This incident happened in Jaripatka police station area. The police registered a case on the complaint of the 43-year-old victim woman and arrested the accused.
The arrested accused was identified as Kunal Bharat Goswami (33), resident of Jaripatka.
Many serious cases are registered against Kunal. In the year 2014, Kunal and his associates together killed a criminal named Pappu Kale. In this case, the court had sentenced Kunal and his associates to life imprisonment. The victim woman and Kunal were neighbours. That’s why he was well known. Kunal came out of jail on parole in April last year. He went to meet the woman at her house. Raped the woman after threatening her. He used to go to the woman’s house even in her absence. During this time he also raped the victim’s 14-year-old daughter. Threatened to kill if I told anything to anyone.
Due to Kunal being a criminal, the victim girl did not tell anything to anyone out of fear. This month he was again released from jail on parole. Went to the woman’s house and raped her. Raped the daughter in the absence of the woman. When she protested, he beat her and threatened her and went away. The victim girl informed her mother. She informed that Kunal had raped her earlier also. The woman complained about the incident to Jaripatka police.
The police have registered a case against the accused under various sections including rape and POCSO Act and arrested him. Since serious cases including burglary, threatening people and murder were registered against Kunal, no one filed any complaint against him. That’s why his spirits became high. After being released on parole, he was continuously making the woman a victim of lust. On getting information about the rape of her daughter, the victim gathered courage and complained to the police.
