He said that the policeman was shot near the shoulder and the attacker fled from the spot. City Superintendent of Police (CSP) Mahendra Singh said that the condition of the head constable is stable and he has been referred to Rewa Medical College for treatment. He said that police teams have been formed to search for the accused.
