There’s significant news related to the Chaitanyananda Saraswati molestation case. Delhi’s Patiala House Court has granted bail to three accused, Shweta, Bhavana, and Kajal, on a surety bond of ₹20,000 each. A chargesheet has been filed against them, along with Chaitanyananda Saraswati.
Who is Chaitanyananda Saraswati?
The Baba worked as a director at a private management institute in the Vasant Kunj area. In September 2025, a complaint was filed at the Vasant Kunj North police station in Southwest Delhi against Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, alias Parth Sarathi, for sexually assaulting several female students. This brought him into the spotlight, raising questions about how such heinous allegations could be leveled against a person dressed as a Swami.
However, this wasn’t the first such complaint against Chaitanyananda Saraswati. He had previously been booked for molestation.
When this Baba was arrested, his mobile phone revealed many secrets. His mobile phone contained photos of him with several air hostesses, and obscene chats with several girls were also recovered. The chats revealed that Baba tried to deceive and trick the girls.
It was also revealed that Baba used his position to threaten them with failure. He would engage in obscene chats with female students and invite them to his room. He would tell them, “Come to my room, I will take you on a trip abroad, you don’t have to spend anything.”
According to Delhi Police, the accused, Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati alias Parth Sarathi, is originally from Odisha. He had been living in an ashram in Delhi for about 12 years. Previous cases of molestation had been filed against him.
