With the onset of monsoon, the claims of development in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh are being exposed. After the rain on Tuesday night and Wednesday, the Rampath and the Janmabhoomi path leading to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple were submerged.
बारिश होते ही अयोध्या का विकास शर्म से हुआ पानी-पानी, कहीं धंसी सड़कें तो कहीं भरा पानी
The system has failed after the rain in Ayodhya, but the engine is running at many places so that the accumulated water can be removed. While claims of development were being made a few days ago, the first rain has exposed the truth.
As the monsoon is knocking, the claim of development of Ayodhya is being questioned. After the rain on Tuesday night and Wednesday, Rampath and the Janmabhoomi path leading to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple got submerged.
While the nearby colonies got submerged, now people are getting worried about this, while some institutions and organizations are raising questions on the development model of Ayodhya, on the other hand, the mayor of Ayodhya Municipal Corporation is patting his own back for his efforts and endeavor.
The Janmabhoomi path leading to Ram temple got filled with water up to 2 feet, not only this, the dirty water of the drain also flowed with the rain, due to which the people of Ayodhya and Ram devotees had to face a lot of trouble.
The Shri Ram Hospital adjacent to Ram temple also got flooded and the worst condition was of the colonies settled around Shri Ram temple including Jalwanpura, where water filled up to about 3 feet and the belongings of people’s houses started floating, listen to how Santosh Dubey, who was associated with the temple movement and Shiv Sena, is angry about the system.
Dharm Sena president Santosh Dubey said that this is not a hi-tech city, it should be called Jaltech city. Ayodhya Dwarkapuri floating in water, go inside, take a dip and then find out where is Ramlala and where is Hanumangarhi, this is the situation, all the roads have been built, all the roads have been broken.
Dubey said that Ayodhya is being broken and built, broken and built, but water is not flowing, water has got blocked, all the drains are choked, MLA MP is all engrossed in his own self, MLA is a man who is engrossed, he does not care, MP ji has gone, he was a good man but he had to go.
He said that Ayodhya will not be able to become a hi-tech city, Ayodhya will remain a mythological city by the grace of Ramlala, one day this situation will remain, Maa Saryu will rise and all this fake pot of development will burst, and it is bursting because the local public representatives here are neglecting.
Ayodhya Municipal Corporation Mayor Girishpati Tripathi explains his own theory about drainage and tries to show how serious Ayodhya Municipal Corporation is about drainage. He also explains the efforts being made by him but does not explain why no plan was prepared in advance for the problems that would come with the monsoon when it was about to arrive.
Ayodhya Municipal Corporation Mayor Girishpati Tripathi explained the geographical location of Ayodhya. He said that the Ram Kot area on the left hand side of the road is above, the line on this side is below, there was a natural flow of water, all that water used to come to Jalwanpura, traditional drainage arrangements used to store that water in Jalwanpura, that area used to be Ksheer Sagar. The whole world knows what happened after that.
He said that a colony has been built there and now there are problems in pumping out water. The municipal corporation is continuously servicing two pumps there. We pump out water. There is a limit to pumping out water and water cannot be pumped out accordingly. This is why there is water logging. Looking at all these things, a big project is being run there through the Ayodhya Development Authority, in which a pipeline goes directly from here to the Ramghat Nala.
The mayor said that this project is about to be completed so that water can go there directly through a pump, but the local people who have rights over the land there have taken a stay from the High Court. Therefore, there is an order of the Honorable High Court, therefore the hands of the government agencies are also tied.
