Due to the depth of the drain, six people drowned and died, while two children trapped in it were rescued safely. There were eight people in the car.
All the bodies have been sent for postmortem. The family was returning from Madhya Pradesh after attending the Tilak ceremony. Then this incident happened near Sikandra at 2 o’clock in the night. SP BBGTS Murthy and other officers are on the spot.
