In a major development, former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N. Chandrababu Naidu was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the state police on Saturday in Nandyal district in the Skill Development Corporation corruption case. Reacting to the arrest, Chandrababu Naidu said that I have not committed any corruption. CID arrested me without any proper information and I asked them to show the evidence, but they refused to show the evidence and added my name to the FIR without my role.
