A security threat was noticed onboard IndiGo flight 6E 762 operating from Mumbai to Delhi

There was a commotion at Delhi Airport on Tuesday when a bomb threat was received against IndiGo flight 6E 762, flying from Mumbai to Delhi. The threat was received around 8 am. Following the information, security measures were increased at Delhi Airport, and all security measures were strictly followed during the flight’s landing. However, no suspicious object was found during the inspection.

An IndiGo spokesperson said, “A security threat was detected on IndiGo flight 6E 762, flying from Mumbai to Delhi. Following established protocols, we immediately informed the relevant authorities and fully cooperated with them in conducting the necessary security checks before allowing the flight to depart. We have made every effort to minimize the inconvenience to our passengers, including providing refreshments and sharing regular updates. As always, the safety of our passengers, pilots, and aircraft is our top priority.”
