On Monday morning, a herd of elephants entered Shiv Vihar Colony of Missarpur on Laksar Road. Elephants roamed around in the colony here for a long time. The incident of a herd of elephants roaming in the colony street was captured in CCTV. Local people say that they are in panic due to the influx of elephant herds here every day. The forest department should make arrangements to stop this.
In the video, a herd of wild elephants is roaming in a colony near the forest. It was fortunate that the elephants did not harm anyone there. On receiving information about the arrival of a herd of elephants, the forest department team reached the spot and chased the elephants towards the forest.

When Haridwar Range Officer Shailendra Singh Negi was talked about in this matter, he told that around morning a group of wild elephants had come out of the forest and came towards the colony. The Quick Response Team had received this information. Quick response team reached the spot and immediately sent the wild elephants back to the forest.
