A tragic road accident has been reported from Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh. A speeding truck collided with a motorcycle in the Hinduari area of Robertsganj police station limits. Three people on the motorcycle died on the spot in the accident. The incident has caused a sensation throughout the area.
According to reports, three people were riding on the motorcycle, returning home after attending a wedding ceremony. As their motorcycle reached near Hinduari, a speeding truck hit them. The collision was so powerful that all three died instantly.
Among those who lost their lives was Dayashankar Singh, the principal of Chandragupta Maurya Inter College. The other two deceased have been identified as Prem Singh, son of Kedar Singh, a resident of Hinduari village, and Kamala Singh, son of Somaru, a resident of Tiliya village under Robertsganj police station. The families of the three deceased are devastated by the loss. A wave of grief has swept through the village.

Earlier, on Sunday afternoon, a speeding truck hit motorcyclists near the Maa Ashtabhuji Durga Temple in Dibulgaj, under the Anpara police station area of Sonbhadra. In that accident, 18-year-old Jitendra Vishwakarma died, while his companion Ajay Gupta was seriously injured. The truck driver had also fled the scene in that incident.
