Sharma, SDO (Electrical and Maintenance) of the Public Works Department (PWD) and Dinesh Pal, Assistant Engineer of the East Zone Electricity Company.
The Collector has directed the investigation team to investigate the causes and all possible angles of the incident and submit its report within three days.
