A major accident took place at Rahul Gandhi’s rally in Paliganj under Patliputra Lok Sabha constituency of Bihar. In fact, when Rahul Gandhi was present on the stage, the stage collapsed. This rally was organized at the agricultural farm located in Paliganj. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, Vikassheel Insaan Party chief Mukesh Sahni and CPI(ML) leader Dipankar Bhattacharya were also present in the program.
However, later the rally was started after arranging the stage. Meanwhile, while addressing the public meeting in Paliganj, Tejashwi Yadav said, ‘Whatever work was done in 17 months, the Chief Minister will not be able to do it even in 17 years. Nitish Kumar had said that he came in 14 and will go in 24. They are threatening to send the poor and those who talk about reservation to jail.
JDU has targeted Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Bihar. JDU chief spokesperson KC Tyagi said, ‘Congress has been absent from Bihar for the last 30-35 years. Congress is growing bigger under the shadow of RJD. RJD seems to be upset with the performance of Congress on many occasions. In the last Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, the seats given to Congress did not yield results as per RJD’s wishes. But Congress does not agree. Congress reserves more seats for the family members of the leaders. Familism is not of any one family, it is of the entire Congress family. The families of the leaders who are retiring need seats. The legacy of Nehru, Gandhi and Patel has ended and Sadaqat Ashram has become a haven for political refugees.
