Terrorist attack on Air Force convoy in Poonch, Kashmir, five soldiers injured, search operation underway

Terrorists attacked the Indian Air Force convoy in Surankote in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. In which five soldiers were injured. The local Rashtriya Rifles unit has started a cordon and search operation in the area.

Some soldiers injured in terrorist attack

According to security forces officials, some army personnel have been injured. The vehicles of the convoy have been secured inside the air base near Shahsitar. Officials said that after receiving information about firing in Sanai village of Surankot, army and police personnel have been sent to the affected area.

A terrorist hideout busted in Bandipora, Jammu and Kashmir

Security forces on Friday busted a terrorist hideout in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir and recovered arms and ammunition from there. Bandipora police said in a post on social media platform Terrorist hideout has been busted. Police said that one AK series rifle, four magazines and arms and ammunition were recovered from the terrorist hideout. He said that a case has been registered under the relevant section of the law.
