A major accident has taken place in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, according to information, two laborers have died after the roof of a house under construction collapsed.

Two laborers died and 17 others were injured when the roof of an under-construction house collapsed in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar. Police gave this information on Monday.
Police said that this incident happened on Sunday in Talda village of Jansath police station area. Then the laborers were working inside the house.
All the 19 trapped laborers were rescued. Of these, two were declared dead, the remaining 17 are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
Police said that the condition of one of the injured is said to be critical.
Additional Director General of Police DK Thakur told reporters that the deceased have been identified as Mohit (30) and Piyush (28).
He said that the rescue operation continued till late night and all the trapped laborers were rescued.
Taking cognizance of the incident, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday directed the administration to ensure best possible treatment of the injured.
