The great ghazal singer Pankaj Udhas is no more with us. Many celebs continue to reach his house for their last glimpse.
Information about the demise of Pankaj Udhas was given by his daughter through a post on social media. The last rites of the ghazal singer will be performed today. Before that, his mortal remains have been kept at his home for his last darshan.
When the mortal remains of Pankaj Udhas reached home, his daughter Nayab became very emotional. Tears welled up in his eyes. Naib is heartbroken over the loss of her father.
Shankar Mahadevan had also reached the ghazal singer’s house for the last darshan of Pankaj Udhas. Shank Mahadevan paid an emotional tribute to Pankaj Udhas with teary eyes.
Famous tabla player Zakir Hussain also reached the residence of Pankaj Udhas and saw his mortal remains.
Speaking to the media, Zakir paid his tribute to the late ghazal singer, described him as a great person and singer and said that he prayed to God to give his family the strength to bear this loss.
Family, friends and many celebs are arriving to pay their last respects to the veteran singer. Everyone’s eyes are becoming moist after seeing the dead body of the singer.
Let us tell you that the late ghazal singer’s daughter Nayab had shared the post and informed that the last rites of Pankaj Udhas will be held on Tuesday between 3 pm to 5 pm at the Hindu Crematorium in Worli, Mumbai.
