Former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, RJD MP Misa Bharti, Hema Yadav appeared in Rouse Avenue Court in the case related to the alleged scam of taking land in exchange for job in Railways. The bail petition was filed on behalf of Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti and Hema Yadav. The court has granted interim bail till the next date on a surety bond of Rs 1 lakh.

The next hearing of the case will be on February 28. On February 28, the court will hear the regular bail of the accused. According to the information received, the court asked the ED whether anyone else besides Amit Katyal was arrested in the case. On the question of the court ED said that only Amit Katyal was arrested. Amit Katyal appeared through video conferencing. Let us tell you that this hearing is going on in the court in the money laundering case related to the alleged scam of taking land in exchange for job in Railways.

Let us inform that on January 30, ED had also interrogated former Deputy CM of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav in the Land for Job scam case. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had interrogated Tejashwi Yadav for about 8 hours in the Patna office. According to the report, Tejashwi Yadav had reached the ED office at Bank Road in Patna for questioning on January 30. After questioning, he came out of the ED office at around 8 pm. He showed the victory sign to his supporters. During this, the supporters also raised slogans. Meanwhile, his sister Misa Bharti had said that she hopes justice will be given.
