Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand, Radha Raturi said, “We will first study the entire situation thoroughly and then see what are its legal points. If any action is taken against the government, then action will be taken against whoever is found guilty in it. We will understand the situation.” After a complete study, we will give detailed information to the Chief Minister. Strictest action will be taken against the rioters.
